For our Client – Global IT Leader – we are looking for candidates for the post of:

Sales Process Administrator – Warsaw

5 000 PLN Gross/Month
Period of employment: 6 – 12 months

Position Summary:

Responsible for reviewing and processing order requests and/or changes from sales contracts or direct customer contact.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Duties and requirements:

- Accurate and timely management of all orders into Company, using the OA functionality within Oracle
- Interact on an ongoing basis with Shipping, Services, Procurement, Receiving, and other departments that play a vital role in meeting the order/supply timelines
- Taking on the vital role of mediator with Supply Chain, be the focal point for all forecast/order management queries & reporting, to aid internal customers, Sales, Marketing and Support Services
- Being the contact point for the Customs, monitoring the shipments from logistic point of view (within and outside EU)
- Using the Business Objects facility, produce status reports to regularly review and analyse all applicable items, ensuring no aged or backlog orders
- Building a good rapport with customers, understand their needs & ensure all elements of order management meet both, their expectations, and Cient’s procedures.
- Appreciating the importance of turning all orders into revenue as quickly and efficiently as possible
- Reporting related tasks

Reporting Relationships:
- Reports to Supervisor, Administration

Knowledge and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Two to four years of order processing, data entry or sales processing experience.
- Fluent English
- Very good knowledge of Excel and MS Office Package
- Good analytical and reporting skills
- Team player with goal oriented personality
- 1 year experience within a similar position
- Knowledge of Oracle would be an asset

Skills/Abilities:
- Good communication skills (oral and written).
- Detail orientated.
