Ademchic is a London-based boutique design studio helping developers and investors design and market unique new homes. We have a great passion for selling real estate and positioning developments as differentiating and one-of-a-kind.
We are a relatively small team based in London, but we are proud to work on projects that are inspiring and great fun. We work from home, but are in constant contact with each other via Skype and Slack – we’re working remotely, yet collaborate all the time. You will never feel alone!

As a Graphic Designer at Ademchic, you will work with our team on designing new brands of development projects. Every brand we design looks aspirational and unique, helping our real estate clients attract interest and sell their new homes. You will come up with concepts and implement your designs for our Client’s on:
- websites (WIX),
- brochures (inDesign),
- hoardings (Photoshop/Illustrator/inDesign),
- online ads, banners, etc (inDesign).

We are looking for an ambitious Graphic Designer who wants to join our young and dynamic team full-time on long-term basis (working Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm or 10am – 6pm), and who has previous experience working on elegant and chic branding projects. Our Clients come to us to get a piece of our style, therefore the style of your portfolio is very important to us and will play a major role in our decision making. You will also be asked to submit a “test” project to demonstrate that you can design a brand that works with our design aesthetic.

The Role
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
-Bringing creative briefs to life with a high degree of design knowledge, with minimal direction by developing multiple branding concepts for internal and client review
-Working closely with Creative Director to assist with the execution of creative projects
-Developing brochures in InDesign, websites in WIX and branding concepts in Photoshop, Illustrator or InDesign
-Developing templates, mock-ups, toolkits, and style guides
-Managing own workload and multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

The Candidate
The goal for the role is to independently lead projects from start to finish. Your will be detail oriented, will want to create great experiences for clients, you will have discipline to work independently, to follow our structured delivery process and deliver within the deadline. Successful candidate will show energy, passion and proactivity. High engagement and communication skills are key.

- You’ll have at least 3 years of creative agency experience in a similar role
- You will have a portfolio demonstrating impeccable design, typographic, and layout abilities
- You can perform under pressure and deliver high-quality work to tight deadlines
- You have an advanced knowledge of Adobe, WIX, SEO (experience with paid social campaigns and/or Google Ads will be a bonus)
- You are a creative thinker and can contribute ideas in the design process
- You enjoy working independently while linking up to a larger team
- You are communicating effectively with fluent written and spoken English
