1st line support with German
The person hired for the position will be responsible for:
1st line support and advisory of international customers
The receipt of issues reported by users, concerning the operation or interpretation of one or more information systems
The coordination of rapid and appropriate responses, including: channeling requests for help to appropriate functions for resolution, monitoring progress
Keeping users appraised of progres
Requirements:
Fluent German (min.C1) English (min. B2)
Basic knowledge of Windows, MS Office
Interest in IT and willingness to learn
Teamwork skills

The ability to act swiftly and make decisions
Good organization of work
TOEIC certification would be a plus
