Answering client enquiries (Inbound) regarding order and shipping conditions
• Core client support which includes:
O the navigation on the website
O the management of customer accounts
O implementation of national and international product and information research
O product consulting
O accounting issues
O complaints
• Providing comprehensible solutions for individual customer requests to
• Documenting and maintaining detailed contact information in the existing database
• continuous improvement of your technical and procedural knowledge, both individual and team-based
Your profile:
• You have excellent communication skills in German and good English skills in speaking and writing
• You have a professional demeanor and logical thinking
• You provide customer-oriented attitude with the will , excellent service
• You show a high level of service and commitment to customer concerns to resolve conclusively
• You have great empathy and social skills
• You are providing clear explanations able purposefully to hold talks and to outsiders
• You have general computer skills , confidence in dealing with databases and multi-tasking ability
• You have the will for permanent development , process fidelity , accuracy and efficiency
• You are adaptable to changes
• You are a team player , fair , open personality , punctual
