At the moment Polish branch of the IT Global Company – is searching to recruit

Major Incident Management Analyst

•Provide non-technical administrative support for Major Incidents
•Facilitate and manage operational meetings to review service outages and drive to service restoration
•Ensure that Major Incident progress updates are provided to the stakeholders
•Ensure timely provision of agreed regular reports and documents
•Review and update process documentation. Ensure that key support information such as emergency contact lists is kept up to date
•Liaise with the relevant support groups, as appropriate, until the Incident is resolved

Candidate’s requirements:

Essential skills:

•Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
•Ability to facilitate and coordinate management bridges and provide accurate updates
•Ability to handle escalations to additional resolvers to include 3rd party vendors in a timely and effective manner
•Ability to work unsupervised
•Flexibility (in relation to working hours – the MIM analyst role is a 24×7 shift based role)
•Basic knowledge of IT terminology
•At least 2 years prior experience (MIM or Service Desk analyst)
•Previous experience/knowledge of Incident, Problem and Change Management

Desirable:
•Experience with reporting and data analysis
•ITIL Foundation V3 certificate
•Good knowledge and understanding of CA Service Desk or a different ticket management system
